How Penny Pinchers Estate Buying Works

Posted by

How do we get all this stuff?  Many of our estate buyouts come from walk-ins or by word of mouth.   The first step is setting up an appointment for an estate buyer to come out to the prospective estate, then pictures are taken of all the items for sale, as well as assessing what tools will be needed to get the estate clean out done in a smooth and timely manner.  The estate buyer takes up to two days to come up with a bid for the job, carefully researching the value of each item using several means of research.  Penny Pinchers offers several types of estate clean out options, such as hauling out trash, removing all unwanted items, and we do both partial or full buyouts.  All estates are paid in full at time of service.

Once the bid has been accepted the Penny Pinchers team comes in with all the right tools to get the job done.  With our two trucks, trailers, dump trailer, totes, rolling baskets( custom made for us), dollies, packing blankets, shrink wrap, packing paper, etc., we come in and pack up all the new treasures.  The Penny Pinchers team works together well to swiftly complete any task.  All team members are careful of the estate property in which we are working at, always be mindful to not bump walls, take the wrong items, and sensitive to all types of "estate situations" we come across.

After all the new inventory is loaded up, next we bring the new treasures back to Penny Pinchers store front located at 4894 Guide Merdian in Bellingham, Washington.

All items are careful sorted, cleaned, repaired if needed, priced, and ready for sale.  Most items are displayed in the store, however some items are placed for sale on our Ebay store, which is directly linked on our website.

Penny Pinchers works hard in bringing you unique treasures.  Please check out all our items for sale online or come in the store to explore.  You are bound to find that special something!
